In Quy Nhơn (or Quinhon) the climate is
tropical, with a relatively cool winter from December to February and a hot, muggy summer from May to September. As for the rains, there is a dry season from February to April and a rainy season from September to December due to the
northeast monsoon. Instead, as in the rest of the central coast, the summer monsoon brings little rain.
The city is located in the south-central part of the coast of Vietnam, in the province of Bình Dinh, at almost 14 degrees north latitude.
To the southeast is the small island of Cu Lao Xanh.

from the beginning of September to 10 December.
