Climate in Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)

The climate of Lucknow is subtropical, with a rainy season that runs roughly from mid-June to early October, due to the monsoon, and a dry season from mid-October to early June.
The city is the capital of the state of Uttar Pradesh and is located in northern India, on the banks of the River Gomti, a tributary of the Ganges, and at almost 27 degrees north latitude.
