Climate chart - Gospic
The climate of Gospic is moderately continental, with cold winters and warm summers.
The town is located in western Croatia, at an altitude of 560 meters (1,835 feet), and is the capital of Lika-Senj county.
Winter is cold, with frequent and sometimes abundant snowfalls. During cold spells, the temperature can drop to -20 °C (-4 °F) or below. The cold record is -33.5 °C (-28.3 °F), set in February 1956.
