Climate in Curico (Chile)

The climate of Curicó can be defined as Mediterranean, since the winters are mild and rainy, and the summers are hot and sunny.
The city is located in central Chile, at 35 degrees south latitude, in the Maule region, 85 km (52 mi) wawy from the Pacific Ocean, and 230 meters (755 feet) above sea level. To the east are the Andes, with peaks exceeding 4,000 meters (13,100 ft).
