The climate of Razgrad is
continental, with cold winters and warm summers.
The city is located in north-eastern Bulgaria, in the Danube plain, though at 250 meters (800 feet) above sea level.
Winter is cold and gray, with snowfalls and frosts, although there are also some quite mild periods. Sometimes fog can form.
