Climate chart - Marabá
Marabá's climate is tropical, with a rainy season from December to April and a dry season from June to October, with May and November as transitional months.
During the day it can get very hot all year round, but especially from July to October. In September 2017, the temperature reached 42 °C (107.5 °F), and the average high was 39.5 °C (103 °F).
The city is located in the north of Brazil, at 5 degrees south latitude, in the state of Pará, where the Itacaiúnas River flows into the Tocantins.
