The climate of Dolores is temperate oceanic, although it is close to the threshold of the humid subtropical climate - Cfa, given that the average of the warmest month is almost 22 °C (71.5 °F).
However, throughout the year, there can be temperature fluctuations.
Winter, from June to August, is mild, however, it can get cold at night. During cold spells, the temperature can drop a few degrees below freezing, at least at night. Dolores is a town located in Argentina, at 36 degrees south latitude, in the Buenos Aires Province, halfway between Buenos Aires and Mar del Plata, and about 40 km (25 mi) away from the coast.
